Whole scampi tails in golden breadcrumbs make for a delicious ingredient for any meal, oven-baked or deep-fried. Scampi is the meat from the tail of a langoustine and the whole tail means that all of the tail has been peeled and breaded. This is different to the ‘formulated’ scamp which is made out of shaped scampi meat. Ideal served with tartar sauce or ketchup and can be used as a starter, sharing dish or main meal.
