Local Delivery

Local deliveries (within 15 miles) are carried out six days a week by our own fleet of temperature controlled vehicles.

Orders placed for local delivery will be prepared and delivered the following day. We do not deliver on a Sunday so orders placed on a Saturday will be delivered on Monday. 

Free local delivery on orders over £15.00

Local delivery on orders under £15 are subject to a £3.50 delivery charge.

Nationwide Delivery

Our fishmongers prepare the fish to order the day before it arrives with you, to ensure the freshest possible fish on the day of delivery.

This means proper planning and tried and tested logistics to ensure you get everything you need to make tasty meals.

  • Order on Monday to receive your order on Wednesday
  • Order on Tuesday to receive your order on Thursday
  • Order on Wednesday to receive your order on Friday
  • Order on Thursday to receive your order on Tuesday
  • Order on Friday to receive your order on Tuesday
  • Order on Saturday to receive your order on Wednesday
  • Order on Sunday to receive your order on Wednesday

Track your order

You can track your parcel using the link sent to you following dispatch from our store. Our standard delivery time is 3 working days from the point you order to a delivery to your door. This allows our purchasing and production team the correct amount of time to prepare your order ensuring our produce is fresh. Placing an order before 5pm on a working day counts as 1 day. Your order will be prepared the day after and collected by our courier, this will then be delivered to you the following working day. Order by 5pm on a Wednesday to receive your delivery in the same week otherwise you will not receive your delivery until the following Tuesday. If a Monday falls on a bank holiday, delivery will default to a Wednesday. Our third party carriers do not collect from our depot on a weekend. ​

Saturday Delivery before 12pm - There is an option for a Saturday delivery, however there is an increased delivery charge due to an additional supplement charged by our third party carriers. Order by 5pm on Thursday to receive your delivery for Saturday.

When you have completed your order online you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. Once we have completed your order and it is ready to be dispatched you will receive a notification e-mail from our team. We will then submit your delivery information to our third party carrier company - this is usually DPD. When they are in receipt of your delivery information, they will send you a notification via e-mail/text to advise you of your delivery date and your parcel tracking number. 

In the morning on the day of your delivery you will receive a 2nd notification via e-mail/text providing you with a 2-hour window for when your parcel will be delivered.

If you are not available at the time of delivery the driver will attempt to leave your parcel in a safe place.

Free Nationwide delivery on orders over £50.00 

Standard nationwide delivery service is Tuesday-Friday between 8am-6pm (Price £6.99) ​

Saturday nationwide delivery service is before 1pm (Price £14.99)

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE SOMEONE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO TAKE DELIVERY OF YOUR PARCEL OR TO CONTACT THE CARRIERS TO REARRANGE DELIVERY IN THE EVENT YOU ARE GOING TO BE UNAVAILABLE AT THE ANTICIPATED TIME OF DELIVERY OR IF DELIVERY IS NOT SUCCESSFUL AT FIRST ATTEMPT.
