Managing Director Sean has worked in the fishing industry for 40 years now, including, spending 22 years as a deep sea fisherman skippering trawlers all over Northern Europe. During this time he has gained extensive knowledge of all seafood products, with particular understanding about their breeding and migrating patterns. Using his experience, he is able to advise upon what fish or shellfish are in season, and what the freshest and most readily available catch will be.

Loz, our Operations Manager, came to the industry after spending 25 years as a fish chef, including 7 years as Head Chef at Fishy Fishy Brighton and GB1 at Brighton's Grand Hotel amongst other top seafood restaurants. His background means he is used to handling and cooking fish and seafood. He can offer guidance on all our products, as well as the quantities needed for different portion sizes.

Alongside Sean and Loz, we have a dedicated support team of delivery drivers, fishmongers, filleters and office workers, all of whom ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
