These cod fillets are coated in flavoursome breadcrumbs, making them irresistibly tasty and full of goodness. They are made from the best fish; firm and flaky and ready to eat from frozen in around twenty minutes. For best results place the fillets on a lightly greased baking sheet in a pre-heated oven (around 210C) and cook for 20-22 minutes until crisp. Turn half way through for best results.
