Bream Whole


Whole sea bream, when cooked on the bone, provides a better flavour than fillets. This fish can be baked, fried, grilled or steamed and benefits from simple cooking. The delicate white flesh is delicious when cooked in the oven or on the barbecue wrapped in foil and placed on top of sliced new potatoes and some seasoning. For the more adventurous tastes, try flavouring with Indian spices or Mediterranean vegetables and herbs.
