Brown Crab Meat


Brown meat is from the body of the crab and it has a higher natural fat content than the white meat, providing very healthy and high levels of Omega 3. It has an even and smooth texture as well as a full and rich flavour making it ideal for pates and pasta sauces. To make a quick pate, mix with mayonnaise, some chopped chives and a dash of lemon juice and chill until needed – delicious with crusty bread and butter.
