White crab meat comes from the claws and legs of the crab and is mainly white in colour with the occasional red tinge. It is very low in fat and high in protein with a delicate, sweet flavour and a naturally flaky but firm texture. Our crab meat is ready to serve either cold or it can be gently reheated for a healthy meal full of healthy fatty acids plus minerals zinc, selenium and copper said to help boost the immune system. Delicious with salad or pasta and easily made into mousse or crab cakes for a special occasion.
