Smoked Salmon D-Cut


Perfect for a gift or for when you are entertaining, our d-cut sliced smoked salmon is traditionally smoked for the best flavour. With this fish, the slices are cut into the salmon from the back to the belly, and are in the shape of a ‘D’. This includes the salmon’s rich and flavoursome brown meat which offers a further taste sensation. Should there be any leftovers these can be used like any other smoked salmon, such as for pate or canapes, or maybe in a toasted bagel with some cream cheese.
